What is IsoGuard®?

IsoGuard® is our VOC- free, linseed-based finish oil that
helps to protect your Neptune oak furniture while preserving its natural
beauty. Unlike traditional varnish, which sits on the surface, it bonds with
the wood at a cellular level, forming a fine protective film that ensures long
lasting beauty.

Includes:

IsoGuard® Exterior Wood Cleaner, for removing green deposits and dirt.
IsoGuard® Exterior Top Coat oil, for refreshing the finish.
Scrubbing pad, for applying the products.
Neptune Microfibre e-cloth.

IsoGuard® Exterior Wood Cleaner

Comes ready to use, no need to dilute. Can be used on any of our timber outdoor furniture, with any IsoGuard® finish.

How to apply IsoGuard® Exterior Wood Cleaner:

Dampen the surface with water, using a garden hose.
Apply some undiluted Exterior Wood Cleaner.
Scrub the treated area with the scrubbing pad in the direction of the wood until it is clean. This will cause the product to foam.
Rinse thoroughly with water until all the foam is gone.
Allow the surface to dry.
Apply Exterior Top Coat Oil.

For stubborn stains, you may need to repeat the process several times.

IsoGuard® Exterior Top Coat Oil

Your garden furniture will come finished with IsoGuard®, which is designed to last and won't necessarily ever need refreshing. However, heavily used furniture may start to wear over time. For such pieces, we recommend refreshing the finish every couple of years or as and when damage occurs. Comes ready to use, no need to dilute. Ensure you choose the correct care kit for your furniture's IsoGuard® finish.

How to apply IsoGuard® Exterior Top Coat Oil:

Use the Exterior Wood Cleaner first, following the above instructions.
Stir the Exterior Top Coat Oil in a shallow dish or tray.
Dip the scrubbing pad into the oil and rub into the wood grain.
Leave the oil to react for 10 minutes and then smooth the surface with the same scrubbing pad (without applying new product).
After 5 minutes, wipe any excess oil off the surface with your microfibre cloth.
Your furniture will be touch-dry after 24 hours but we recommend leaving it in a sheltered area for seven days before using it.

Smaller parcel deliveries:

Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
Next working day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 1pm on a working day, no minimum spend.
Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:
