This handy kit provides everything you will need to care for our oak furniture and its IsoGuard® finish. It contains Surface Soap for general upkeep, as well as targeted cleaners for grease stains and water marks. We’ve included a microfibre e-cloth for applying the products, too.

Surface Soap

  • Concentrated solution; dilute before use.
  • Apply regularly for general upkeep or to remove a mark.
 

GreaseSpot Remover & LimeSpot Remover

  • Comes ready to use; no need to dilute.
  • Apply to stains as soon as possible after they occur.
  • Spray directly over the stain and leave to sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • Pat dry before rinsing with a damp cloth.
 

    Delivery

    Smaller parcel deliveries:

    • Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
    • Next day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 1pm, no minimum spend.
    • Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

    Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

    Larger furniture deliveries:

    • Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
    • Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
    • International orders will be shipped via our trusted international delivery partners. See our full delivery policy for details.

    Returns

    • Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply.
    • Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
    • Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned.
