Care

Each skilled weaver has a slightly different style, resulting in variations in shading and size that add to the inherent beauty of each unique piece.
Suitable for medium traffic areas.
Suitable for use with underfloor heating.
We advise a rug pad to keep the rug in position.
Vacuum regularly without a brush attachment and occasionally shake the rug outdoors.
Tuck any loose threads back in with a needle or cut them carefully.
Try not to expose the rug to excessive sunlight or moisture.
For small marks, spot clean as soon as possible with a damp colour-fast cloth and dry immediately.
For a deeper clean, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

Delivery

Smaller parcel deliveries:

Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
Next day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 1pm, no minimum spend.
Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
