In brief
From Friday 8th November – 31st December 2024, if you pay your £350/€350 design fee for a new a new kitchen or home design with us, we will gift you £100 store credit to go towards your Christmas shopping.


General

• You will need to pay your design fee by 31st December 2024, in order to qualify for £100 store credit.
• You will need to use the entire £100 in one transaction.
• You will need to spend your store credit by 31st January 2025.
• We’re only able to apply this offer to new orders and can’t include it alongside any other promotions, offers or discounts.
• If you decide to not proceed with your design, the £350/€350 is non-refundable.
• You are unable to redeem the £100 store credit against the following: work surfaces, flooring, appliances, curtains, blinds, taps, installation, painting service and design fees.
• You can only use this offer once per customer.
• This offer is only available through our participating stores (see the full list below).
• This promotion is not available at the Neptune Outlet, neptuneoutlet.com or neptune.com.
• If you return items purchased with the store credit the refund will also be in store credit, but the expiry date will remain 31st January 2025.
• The store credit can only be spent in the store where you paid the design fee.
• The store credit is personal to you and can’t be gifted to another person.
• The promoter is Neptune (Europe) Ltd and/or the store of purchase.
