Highclere is made in Britain by Vispring; pioneers in creating luxuriously comfortable mattresses. This mattress is actually two singles joined by a zip, so you can enjoy the right level of tension for you. Natural fillings and pocket springs ensure support, while the traditional quilted cover and hand side-stitching complete the classic design.

What is zip & link?

Our zip & link mattresses offer a versatile sleeping solution for couples. The two single mattresses can be joined by a zip to create one super king mattress or left separate. This way, you won’t feel your partner moving around and can choose different firmness ratings to suit your preferences. 

    Care guide

    • Remove dust every few months using a soft brush.
    • Do not vacuum as this can displace the natural fillings.
    • Soak up spillages with a soft dry cloth.
     

    Delivery

    • Orders over £150 (or €250 in Ireland) qualify for free delivery.  
    • For orders under £150 (or €250 in Ireland), a delivery fee of £6.95 applies (£30 in Ireland).
    • If your order is in stock and eligible for parcel delivery to mainland UK, one of our approved couriers will deliver it within 5 days.
    • For larger products, we offer our White Glove Service delivery within 21 days (mainland UK and Northern Ireland only).
    • For items with an estimated delivery timeframe, we’ll either dispatch them upon arrival or contact you to arrange delivery.
    • If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, we ship through our international delivery partners. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for more details.

    Returns

    • You can return most items within 28 days of delivery, but you may be charged for a courier or collection service
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be fully refunded
    • You are unable to amend, cancel or return made to order and painted to order designs
