It's woven in Lancashire using wool predominantly from New Zealand – a region world-renowned for its warm climate that produces the softest yarn.

    • Orders over £150 (or €250 in Ireland) qualify for free delivery.  
    • For orders under £150 (or €250 in Ireland), a delivery fee of £6.95 applies (£30 in Ireland).
    • If your order is in stock and eligible for parcel delivery to mainland UK, one of our approved couriers will deliver it within 5 days.
    • For larger products, we offer our White Glove Service delivery within 21 days (mainland UK and Northern Ireland only).
    • For items with an estimated delivery timeframe, we’ll either dispatch them upon arrival or contact you to arrange delivery.
