A wine cooler is an essential for summer lunches and suppers – whether you use it for holding a bottle of wine, champagne or juice. But if you want to give your table a softer, prettier feel, this rattan design with its neat weave and gentle, white-washed colour will hide the removeable stainless steel bucket.

The materials

The outer section is made from rattan – a sustainable, natural material. It’s tightly woven to make it strong and durable. Because that’s done by hand, you might notice slight variations in the weave, which all part of its personality. The bucket is made from stainless steel, because its strong and keeps the contents cool.

The finish

After weaving, the rattan is given a pale silver, water-based enamel wash. It’s not totally uniform: you can still see the natural-coloured rattan peeking through in places. It’s what makes Ashcroft feel relaxed even though the neat weave is quite smart.

    Care guide

    • Remove the stainless-steel bucket to rinse.
    • Soak up spills on the rattan with a dry cloth.

    Smaller parcel deliveries:

    • Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
    • Next day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 1pm, no minimum spend.
    • Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

    Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

    Larger furniture deliveries:

    • Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
    • Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.

    • Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply.
    • Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
