Highclere is made in Britain by Vispring; pioneers in creating luxuriously comfortable mattresses. Ours is made with natural fillings and pocket springs for the optimum combination of softness and support. It’s finished with a traditional quilted cover, hand side-stitching and a black piped border.

  • Filled with wool, cotton and horsehair.
  • Hand-nested calico pocket springs.
  • Cover is handwoven from viscose.
  • Air vents for added ventilation.
  • Two handles on each side for turning.
 

    Care guide

    • Remove dust every few months using a soft brush.
    • Do not vacuum as this can displace the natural fillings.
    • Soak up spillages with a soft dry cloth.
     

    Need to know

    • We recommend turning the mattress every three to six months for longevity.
     

    Delivery

    • Orders over £150 (or €250 in Ireland) qualify for free delivery.  
    • For orders under £150 (or €250 in Ireland), a delivery fee of £6.95 applies (£30 in Ireland).
    • If your order is in stock and eligible for parcel delivery to mainland UK, one of our approved couriers will deliver it within 5 days.
    • For larger products, we offer our White Glove Service delivery within 21 days (mainland UK and Northern Ireland only).
    • For items with an estimated delivery timeframe, we’ll either dispatch them upon arrival or contact you to arrange delivery.
    • If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, we ship through our international delivery partners. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for more details.

    Returns

    • You can return most items within 28 days of delivery, but you may be charged for a courier or collection service
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be fully refunded
    • You are unable to amend, cancel or return made to order and painted to order designs
