The Surface Soap should be your go-to-product for caring for Neptune oak furniture. It’s designed to effectively remove dirt and marks without damaging the protective IsoGuard® finish. Apply once a week for general upkeep and to maintain the beauty of your furniture.

When to use:

Starting from 5 days after the IsoGuard® Treatment Oil has been applied, we recommend cleaning with the Surface Soap no
more than once a week. Using it too often or in excessive amounts may leave a
light layer on the surface that will trap dust and dirt.

How to apply:

1. Clear the surface of any dust.
2. Spray the Surface Soap onto the furniture.
3. Clean the surface with a microfibre cloth.
4. Allow to dry for approximately 15 minutes. Do not use the surface until it is completely dry.

Smaller parcel deliveries:

  • Next working day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 1pm on a working day, no minimum spend.
  • Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

  • Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
  • Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
