Hailsham is one of East Sussex’s best-kept secrets. It’s beautiful, it’s charming, it’s calming, and it’s a place where life seems that little bit slower. It’s in this market town that you’ll find our third-ever home; set in a sympathetically restored, historic building that once served as a terminal for a long-gone railway line. It was quaintly called the Cuckoo Line and ran from nearby Polegate to Eridge.

Our expert designers are on hand to help you realise the home you’ve always wanted. As well as our kitchen and home design services, we’ve recently introduced a colour consultancy to demystify choosing a paint palette for your home.

Small but mighty – that’s how we describe ourselves in Hailsham because we have such a large store but a small, close-knit team. And every one of us brings something different. Husband and wife Toby and Tanya are franchise owners of both Neptune Hailsham (opened in 2013) and Hove showrooms. Lucy, our wonderful store leader brings extensive experience in customer service and interiors and oversees our friendly team; Lottie, our talented kitchen designer brings a wealth of knowledge and a creative flair to every project. Our fabulous home designer Katie has a design degree, a natural eye for interiors and years of experience. Then there’s our fantastic team of home specialists who know Neptune product like the back of their hand and are always happy to greet you and help with any design or product query.
