Whether you need advice on colour palettes, furniture or fabrics, we’ve developed four signature Neptune design styles to inspire you. Each style guide provides the perfect starting point for our Design Consultants to help you achieve your desired look.
How it works
From your free in-store consultation to delivery day, here’s what to expect when you choose our Home Design Service:
1. Your free consultation
Request an appointment online to set up a time with a Design Consultant. Based on availability, we also offer drop-in appointments.
2. Visit your store
Bring along your photographs and room measurements, and we’ll provide on-the-spot advice to help create a beautifully cohesive room scheme.
3. Design advice
After discussing design ideas we’ll identify your Neptune design style and refine selections to achieve your desired look. You’ll leave with a room concept plan and samples.
4. Your room scheme
We’ll follow up with a digital concept board and quote for your project. We can place orders, organise delivery, and be available for any queries.
Interior design
For a more tailored approach, our comprehensive Interior Design Service helps you redesign a single room or furnish an entire home. You’ll receive a detailed design folder with mood boards, samples, floor plans, and renderings.
