Design notes

The material

This chair’s made with a woven resin fibre we call ‘all-weather wicker’ – it’s got very much the same look as natural rattan, but with far higher resilience against the elements.

The seat cushion

All our garden furniture cushions are made from natural-coloured, weather-resistant fabric, so you needn’t bring them inside if there’s a quick summer shower. They’re not completely weatherproof, though, so don’t leave them out all year long or in pouring rain. They’re filled with foam, which is soft but keeps its shape well, and the covers are removable, so they’re easy to clean.

Design details

Cayton’s legs are wrapped in resin fibre almost all the way down, with just the bottom of the aluminium frame exposed (where it’s most likely to get dirty). Each foot’s capped in plastic, so the chair moves around easily.

Care

Wipe clean all-weather wicker.
Use a cover to protect your outdoor furniture in heavy rainfall.
Bring cushions inside during heavy rainfall.
Wash cushion covers at 30°C then line dry.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not wash the foam pads.

Smaller parcel deliveries:

Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
Next day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 1pm, no minimum spend.
Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
