Our comprehensive Interior Design Service helps you create the home you have always dreamed of. Whether you’re furnishing one room or styling a whole house, our expert designers will work alongside you, providing sketches, renderings and home visits to create a space that embodies Neptune’s timeless aesthetic while reflecting your own taste and budget.
This service is available exclusively in our Cambridge, Chester, Colchester, Hailsham, Hove, Southport, Tonbridge, Weybridge and Winchester stores, as well as select Neptune partner locations.
How it works
From your first, free consultation with your designer right through to delivery day, here’s what to expect when you embark on our Interior Design Service.
1. Your free consultation
A chance to meet your designer - in store or over video call - to discuss your project and explore our collections.
2. The home visit
Once you sign up for the Interior Design Service, your designer will visit your home to discuss ideas, review the space and take measurements.
3. Design presentation
You will receive a design folder including moodboards, samples, floor plans, and renderings - as well as a detailed quotation for your sign off.
4. Delivery
Our store teams will place your order and organise delivery, and will be on hand to manage any queries.
How much it costs
Our Interior Design Service fee is £350 for the first room and £250 for each additional room you choose to have designed. We’ll deduct that fee from the total when you spend £7,000 per room (averaged across your whole project) with us.
Design schemes
If you’re not looking for such a comprehensive service, our complimentary in-store Home Design Service offers expert advice on colour palettes, furniture, and fabrics, presenting your scheme as a digital concept board with samples tailored to your style.
