We’re proud to partner with Stump Up For Trees (SUFT), a South Wales-based charity focused on ecological restoration. Together, we’re committed to leaving a lasting legacy:

FAQs

We decided early on that we always wanted to make our core furniture and kitchen cabinetry ourselves, rather than rely on anyone else. That way, we’d always have control over the beauty and durability of these pieces. China has a long history of fine craftsmanship, particularly in hardwood furniture, and it was here that we were able to craft quality designs that would last a lifetime in our own production house.

We also collaborate with artisan suppliers around the world, who are specialists in their field – sourcing glassware from Poland, ceramics from Portugal, and tiles from a family-run workshop in Marlborough. We work closely with all our partners to ensure that every product meets our high ethical standards.

Returned items in perfect condition with undamaged packaging are restocked. Our workshops repair 98% of returned timber furniture, restoring it to like-new quality, and these are then offered for sale in the Neptune Outlet. Irreparably damaged items are responsibly disposed of through our certified waste provider. We are also working towards offering a direct repair service to customers.
