World-class production

Our customised and bespoke pieces are produced at our Wiltshire-based headquarters, and many other designs are made in our very own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in China. We pay close attention to detail across both our locations, recycle by-products to minimise waste, and in China we are powered by energy-efficient heat pumps.

We collaborate with expert suppliers who are specialists in their field, sourcing designs from across the globe, from Scotland to China. In every partnership we prioritise quality and sustainability while ensuring full compliance with our rigorous code of conduct.

Continuous improvement

We regularly audit facilities and suppliers to identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption, waste and emissions. This ensures our processes align with the latest sustainability advancements. 

Renewable energy

Solar panels at our Wiltshire headquarters generate an annual yield of 85,000 kWh, equivalent to powering seven average family homes, significantly reducing our reliance on non-renewable energy sources.

Waste minimisation 

We are committed to ensuring that none of our stock ever ends up in landfill. Ex-display products in our showrooms and stores are reused or sent to our Neptune Outlet, further extending their lifecycle and minimising waste.
