Please visit the trade section of our website and select the Trade pathway, then fill out our form, checking the eligibility criteria beforehand. You can only apply to be a member online, not in store.

You will receive a response from Neptune with regard to your application within 48hrs. If your application is successful, you will receive an email from us followed by our Trade Program welcome pack.

If your account has been successful, we will contact you to make you aware of our Trade Program discount structure.

Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive an email explaining how to create your account.  

So long as you’re logged in while placing an order online, the discount will automatically be applied in the checkout. You can also use your discount in any of our UK Neptune stores.

When placing an order using our website, your trade discount will not be visible when placing items in your basket, the discount will be applied to your complete order at the point of payment.

Registered Neptune Trade Members only. Accounts found to be sharing their discount or using it for personal rather than business reasons will be terminated. If you know of someone who qualifies for their own membership, please point them to our application form.

If you’d like to add something to an existing order, you are welcome to place a further order online or in store. 

If you’d like to remove an item from an existing order that you placed online, please call us on 01793 427319 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) or email tradeservices@neptune.com. To remove an item from an order you placed in store, please contact that store.

The VAT receipt is included in your order confirmation email.
